Position Title Full-Time PM Cook - Student Dining Job Description

• Position works 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and every other weekend preparing items for the Student Dining hall, Catering, and concession events.
• Works with a team of other members to prepare food that is prepared fresh and to our standards.
• Based on menu mix, this position may need to work specific grill positions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a large volume setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
