Position Overview
We are seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee a home supporting five adults with I/DD. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is organized, compassionate, and passionate about person-centered care. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and help create a supportive, engaging environment for both residents and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of staff management: hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, and coverage
- Conduct staff meetings and ensure team readiness for each shift
- Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
- Ensure residents have consistent access to community activities and preferred experiences
- Oversee medical care coordination, documentation, and required trainings
- Maintain client financial records and household budgets
- Monitor and support facility maintenance and safety standards
- Ensure accurate documentation: logs, charting, appointments, and compliance records
- Uphold residents’ rights and ensure person-centered, respectful care
- Oversee medication administration and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with I/DD in a 24-hour residential setting
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass DHS background check
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Medical or CNA experience a plus
