We are looking for capable Leasing Manager to present, lease, and manage multi-family and single family properties to prospective Tenants. Full time position.
Responsibilities
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Assist the property manager in all aspects of managing client properties
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
- Confirm rental application data and personal references
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc)
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Prior property management experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Customer service orientation
- Must be able to use property management software, Excel, Word, Gmail and other technological programs and softwares.
- Appfolio experience a plus
- This position requires driving to and from properties for showings and inspections. Must have a valid drivers license and must be willing to commute to and from properties almost on a daily basis.
