What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Custodian II position at Ashland City School District?
POSITION:
- General Custodian II (Level 3) Ashland High School-2nd Shift
- 8 hours per day, 260 days
- 2 positions available
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced in all types of custodial duties including but not limited to:
- General cleaning of all surfaces;
- Floor mop/wax/sweep;
- Restroom cleaning/disinfection;
- Proper maintenance/distribution of disposable supplies;
- Trash disposal.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Experience working in school facilities and grounds is preferred.
- Must be able to climb steps and work from ladders on a regular basis.
- Must be capable of lifting objects in excess of 50 lbs.
- Must know and follow universal safety procedures for bloodborne pathogens and hazard communications.
- Other duties may be assigned by the building principal or the maintenance supervisor.
COMPENSATION RANGE: Per Negotiated Contract
