About the Role - Financial Representatives - assists clients - individuals, families, and small businesses – in protecting their assets today while planning for their financial future.



Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a client base:
  • Maintain communication with clients so you are mutually clear on goals
  • Implement cutting edge financial strategies to grow and develop long lasting, value-based client relationships
  • Work with clients to create customized plans and provide sound financial recommendations to help achieve financial confidence for clients
  • Possess the capability to move clients to take action and implement recommendations
  • Offer guidance and education to clients related to financial products and services
  • Act as an advocate for your clients; commitment to enhance, enrich and serve client base
  • Working closely with the marketing team:
  • to build a professional brand
  • network with intention
  • develop/master prospecting

Professional Growth

  • Training – Commitment to engage in a career long process of ongoing training and education to acquire the knowledge of financial products and services in changing economic conditions
  • Expand a business practice by use of effective prospecting and referral-based strategies, as well as identifying and cultivating new client relationships within target markets
  • Learn necessary selling skills practices, Develop, and improve subject matter expertise and sales skills

  • Qualifications

    • Have or will obtain the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/65 or Series 66, as well as State Life and Health Licenses
    • Willingness to obtain recognized industry professional designations as a commitment to excellence
    • Entrepreneurial minded with a strong work ethic
    • Desire to help others manage and achieve financial confidence
    • Highest level of integrity and ethics
    • Above average communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a focus in identifying opportunities and developing strategies
