Role Description
The Advisor role at Ashford Advisors is a full-time, on-site position based in Chattanooga, TN. The Advisor will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, evaluating financial goals, and developing tailored financial plans. Daily tasks include providing expert advice on wealth management, identifying and recommending financial protection strategies, and offering ongoing support to ensure clients’ financial well-being. Advisors will collaborate closely with a professional team to deliver exceptional service and solutions for individual and business clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in financial planning, wealth management, and investment strategies is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills for working effectively with diverse clients
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate clients’ financial needs and develop personalized plans
- Time management and organizational skills to balance client appointments, research, and follow-ups
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner
- Proficiency in financial tools, software, and technology
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., FINRA, CFP,Life, Health, Series 7 and 66 etc.) or willingness to obtain them
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Experience in financial services, insurance, investment services, or background in sales is a plus
