We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our cabins and property in top condition.
Job Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance
- Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain hot tub cleanliness and chemical balance.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and supplies are in working order.
Preventative Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of cabins and property.
- Perform seasonal maintenance to prepare for weather changes.
- Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Emergency & Miscellaneous Tasks
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues.
- Assist with general upkeep of the property, including groundskeeping.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
