Asheville Pizza & Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who believes that great food starts with great people.

What you'll bring to the table (other than pizza):
- Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff while creating a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
- Lead in all aspects of kitchen operations, including dough/prep, grill, oven and line positions while working alongside the team when needed.
- Maintain consistent food quality, recipes, portions, presentation, and kitchen standards.
- Manage scheduling, labor, ordering, inventory, food costs, and waste reduction.
- Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, organization, and equipment cleanliness.
- Communicate and work cooperatively with all restaurant staff to provide great food and legendary customer service.
