Job Description
Resident Assistant
Reports to: Program Director/Assistant Director
Desired Qualifications:
An individual with a High School diploma or GED equivalent. The individual must possess strong written and verbal skills. Must be able to work with various faith groups, volunteers, clients, and staff. A background check is required.
This person must be able to take charge of all administrative functions with respect to rules and regulations of our organization. Must conduct themselves with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Will assist residents in following all of the guidelines within the program. Work closely with case management and other staff to provide assistance to residents.
Works to sustain all activities related to the Ministries organization, moving forward the mission, vision, resources and responsibilities which creates opportunities for others to engage in caring for our neighbors in need.
Assist with security and safety inspections.
Current positions available:
Full Time and Part Time (up to 30 hours a week) are available
Full time employees - $15 an hour, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance
Part time employees - $15 an hour, paid time off (30 hours a week)
Third shift - $15.50 an hour
Weekends required.
Hiring 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
