About Ashes & Diamonds Winery
Ashes & Diamonds Winery sits at the gateway to Napa Valley and is a tribute to the region’s mid-century winemaking heritage. Known for its light-handed winemaking philosophy, transparency of terroir, and iconic modernist design, our winery blends tradition and innovation across both wine and hospitality.
We have built a culinary program that reflects the same values: precision, restraint, seasonality, and a deep respect for pairing food with wine in a thoughtful, elevated way.

- Collaborative mindset—low ego, team-first approach
- Interest or experience in wine and food pairing is a plus
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
