Position available for Asher Media based in Dallas (required to work 3 days/week in the office).
We are searching for a media coordinator to join our team. The Media Coordinator will work with all departments within Asher Media and Avalanche Media Group to implement print, out-of-home and interactive buys and to reconcile all paid media schedules.
Responsibilities
* Prepare print, out-of-home and interactive orders to send to media vendors
* Collect confirmation of orders
* Pull invoice management reports for data entry and invoice verification for all media
* Resolve print, out-of-home and interactive vendor invoice discrepancies
* Request all appropriate documents from vendors and ensure accuracy to clear media invoices
* Work with planning and buying departments throughout the schedule ordering and invoice clearing process
Qualifications
* Strong accuracy skills
* Very meticulous, adept at problem solving and service-minded
* Work autonomously with little supervision
* Ability to multi-task, managing multiple accounts
* Organized, meets deadlines, communicates clearly
* Ability to learn industry software
* Basic accounting knowledge
* Familiarity with media terms and concepts, but not required
