About the Role
The Partner Success Manager owns the full partner lifecycle—from onboarding to activation to retention. You will build strong relationships with our partners, make sure they know exactly how to win with Asher Med, and lead a small partner-facing team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Own and improve the full partner journey—from onboarding through renewal.
- Manage and mentor the Partner Support Team & Partner Liaison, ensuring timely, high-quality support.
- Drive partner activation so new locations launch quickly and enroll their first patients fast.
- Develop and maintain partner resources: guides, scripts, SOPs, LMS modules, rollout materials.
- Plan and execute partner rollouts for new medications, programs, and features.
- Monitor partner health metrics and proactively address risk, churn signals, or engagement drops.
- Track and report KPIs across activation, retention, utilization, and partner satisfaction.
- Serve as the “voice of the partner” internally, collaborating with Sales, Clinical Ops, Patient Ops, and Pharmacy.
- Bring a service-oriented, high-urgency mindset to resolving issues and removing obstacles.

Qualifications
- 3 years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or service-based businesses is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a small team.
- Strong operational skills—organized, accurate, and committed to follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional.
- A friendly, positive, good-natured communicator who enjoys building strong partner relationships.
