About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you are the energetic, friendly frontline closer for Asher Med. You turn qualified prospects into fully activated Asher Med partners, all while accurately representing Asher Med’s offer, process, and compliance guardrails.

What You’ll Do
Sales Process & Pipeline
- Conduct implementation/consult calls (Zoom/phone) and advance prospects to decision.
- Prospects come from a 1-hour live demo call where they learn about Asher Med and book their implementation call.
- Proactively initiate contact (call/text/email) with l prospects who have not yet booked or who no-showed to get them back on your calendar.
- Maintain a proactive personal pipeline and keep momentum high with daily outbound messages to stalled or unresponsive opportunities.
- Accurately represent Asher Med’s services, timelines, and requirements with confidence and clarity.
Game Tape Reviews
- Post weekly self-reviews in the “Game Tape Review” Slack channel.
- Complete and post one peer review weekly to support teammates.
- Receive two manager reviews per week and implement feedback with a bounce-back attitude
CRM & Reporting Hygiene
- Keep all prospect notes, call recordings, agreements, and next steps updated in Go High Level (GHL) in real time.
- Ensure GHL Opportunity Pipeline stages are kept accurate and update on a daily basis.
- Submit End-of-Day KPIs by the stated deadline on all working days.
- Show up to huddles and trainings prepared, confident, and ready to contribute.
Training & Ongoing Development
- Attend live trainings and complete all assigned learning modules within due dates.
- Continuously improve talk tracks, objection handling, and compliance knowledge.
What You Need
- 35 hours per week of consult availability (U.S.-friendly hours).
- Proficiency with GHL (Go High Level), Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- A reliable computer, strong internet, and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to follow Asher Med messaging and compliance guardrails — no over-promising, stay within approved messaging.
- A driving, self-directed work style with excellent follow-through and clear, clean documentation practices
- Ability to manage tasks independently, and keep momentum high without dwelling on obstacles.
