What You’ll Do:
As a Renewal by Andersen Service Technician, your work directly influences customer satisfaction and our reputation — you make a lasting impact!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Traveling to customer homes to assess service needs and perform repairs
- Delivering top-level workmanship and 5-star customer experience
- Documenting service notes using mobile software
- Determining whether work falls under warranty and communicating updates to the Customer Care team
- Collaborating with Operations & Customer Care Managers to identify trends and improve processes
- Supporting safe job-site practices and maintaining professional standards
- Continuing to polish your craft through training and professional development
What You Bring to the role:
- 3 years’ experience in home improvement, carpentry, window/door installation, or similar field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
- Comfort using technology (iPad/mobile app for documentation)
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record (must meet insurability guidelines)
Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50–100 lbs, work on ladders (up to 30 ft), and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
