Bridal Stylist

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team, with potential full-time opportunity. In this role, you will guide brides and their parties through one of the most meaningful shopping experiences of their lives — helping them find the perfect gown and accessories for their special day.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time position — weekends are required
• Must maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and holidays as needed
• Availability to adjust hours during peak bridal seasons
• This would be a contract position with the potential to become permanent

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for each bride
• Assist clients in selecting bridal gowns, and accessories
• Conduct professional fittings and take accurate measurements
• Stay current on bridal trends, designers, and styles
• Has a passion for the wedding industry and helping others
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality — a true people person
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; bridal experience a plus
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability on weekends
