Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Asheboro, NC, for an Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal will support the Principal in managing daily school operations, including supervising staff, developing instructional strategies, and fostering a positive school culture. Responsibilities include overseeing student activities, implementing discipline policies, promoting academic achievement, and ensuring compliance with district policies and state regulations. The Assistant Principal will also engage with families, community members, and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships that benefit the school community.
