💼 Position Overview
- Role: Medical Laboratory Professional (MT / MLT / CLS)
- Schedule: PRN | 12-hour Day Shifts (1st shift, varies)
- Pay: Based on experience
- Department: Laboratory
- No travel | No supervisory responsibilities

🧪 What You’ll Do
- Perform high-complexity lab testing across multiple areas:
- Hematology & Coagulation
- Chemistry
- Urinalysis
- Microbiology
- Blood Bank & more
- Ensure accurate specimen handling, processing, and reporting
- Maintain quality control, calibration, and equipment performance
- Identify and troubleshoot testing issues
- Report critical values promptly and accurately
- Assist with phlebotomy when needed
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Certification or eligibility as one of the following:
- MLT (ASCP/AMT)
- MT (ASCP/AMT/HEW)
- CLS (NCA/ASMT) or equivalent
- Appropriate education and lab training per federal guidelines
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Eligible for MLT certification within 12 months (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
