What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafeteria Assistant for the 2026-27 school year position at Ashe County Schools?
Ashe County Public Schools is currently seeking to hire an individual to work as a cafeteria assistant. This is a 10-month position and is available to begin work in August 2026.
Qualifications include:
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service is preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Work will include but is not limited to food prep, serving, cleaning and working in the dishroom.
