What You'll Do:
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll serve as the face of Ashcraft Termite & Pest by delivering outstanding service to residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform thorough pest control inspections for homes and businesses.
- Apply pest control products safely and according to all federal, state, and company regulations.
- Identify insects, rodents, termites, and other structural pests while recommending effective treatment plans.
- Explain treatment recommendations and prevention strategies to customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Complete accurate service reports using company software.
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Stay current on industry best practices and continuing education requirements.
- Represent Ashcraft Termite & Pest with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at every customer interaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, crawling in crawlspaces, and working in attics when necessary.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Pest Control Technician certification is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
