WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will work directly with homeowners, create new opportunities, and help customers understand their roofing and exterior needs. This is professional sales where you will:
- Prospect assigned territories and neighborhoods to generate opportunities
- Meet with homeowners and identify roofing or exterior needs
- Educate customers and present solutions that fit their situation
- Follow up consistently and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
- Rookie Range: $75,000-$240,000 annually based on performance
- Good Experienced Reps: $200,000-$250,000 annually
- Great Experienced Reps: $400,000-$500,000 annually
- Leadership Path: Sales Rep → Field Trainer / Sales Leader → Sales Manager → Director → VP Sales
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Top performers regularly exceed these ranges. Effort drives results.
