Receiver

Location:

Join our team as a Receiver, where you'll manage the receipt and delivery of goods, handle documentation, and enter data into electronic systems. You will also be trained on e-commerce vendor systems and may assist with Supply & Distribution Coordinator duties as needed.

Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM. This includes a 30-minute unpaid break.

This position requires a lot of physical labor. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

How you will make an impact

• Oversee the daily receipt of equipment, supplies, and parts for the community
• Deliver goods to departments and departmental inventory locations
• Manage documentation for proof of receipt, including electronic and manual records
• Transmit required paperwork to corporate accounts payable and enter receipts into electronic order systems
• Complete backorder processes
• Handle pickups and merchandise returns as needed
• Notify customers of any discrepancies in received goods
• Assist the Supply & Distribution Coordinator and cross-train for their duties
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

What you will need

• Current and Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent customer service skills with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in performing necessary calculations
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. This position requires a lot of physical labor.
