What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Building materials, lumber, hardware, construction, or contractor sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Experience with estimates, order entry, and customer follow-up is highly valued.
In This Role, You'll:
- Build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
- Help customers find the right products and solutions for their projects.
- Prepare estimates, process orders, and coordinate special orders.
- Follow up on quotes and opportunities to help customers complete their projects.
- Work closely with purchasing, dispatch, yard, and accounting teams.
- Continue developing your product knowledge and industry expertise.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sit/stand for 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs.
- Horizontal reaching is required.
- All mobility motions are required (standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing).
- Limited range of motion and physical activity occurring randomly for 8 or more hours per day.
