What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer ESY - Special Education Teacher for Specialized Reading Instruction position at Ashburnham-Westminster Regional Schools?
The Ashburnham Westminster Regional School District is seeking qualified applicants for a Special Education Teacher for Specialized Reading Instruction. THe qualified candidate must have training in either Wilson, Orton-Gillingham, or other multisensory, systematic reading instruction.
The ESY program will begin on Monday, July 7th and end on Thursday, July 31st. ESY operates Monday through Thursday each week. Hours are 7:45am - 11:15am for middle school, high school and transition teachers and 8:45am - 12:15pm for preschool and elementary school teachers.
Location would be primarily at the John R. Briggs Elementary School (96 Williams Road, Ashburnham, MA 01430). Depending on student need, some services may also be located at Oakmont Regional High School.
All positions are anticipated and are subject to student enrollment.
