Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Drapery Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in drapery or shade installation — or a strong willingness to learn. This role involves hands-on work, attention to detail, and comfort using tools and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Install drapery hardware, rods, tracks, and window shades
• Steam and dress drapery and other window treatments for a finished look
• Assist with motorized window treatment setup and programming
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide excellent on-site professionalism and customer service

Qualifications:

• Experience in drapery or window treatment installation preferred — willing to train the right person
• Comfortable and proficient with hand and power tools
• Tech-savvy or eager to learn about motorized shade systems
• Experience in related trades such as electrical, A/V, cabinetry, or finish carpentry is highly beneficial
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
