Through our own production facility and collaborative partners, we offer sustainable ingredients that meet the challenges of today’s conscientious marketers with a focus on Clean Beauty products.

The Role:

Our personal care sales team seeks a bright, motivated, and driven individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our growing division focused on manufacturing and supplying sustainable clean beauty products and ingredients. In the role of customer support associate, the new member would serve as an integral part of our sales team and would make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process orders for key personal care accounts. This includes processing purchase orders, invoicing within the Datacor ERP system, clearing goods (working closely with a clearance broker), inventory management, and ensuring all relevant paperwork is in order
  • Management of in-office samples database (incl. shipping, receipt, and tracking of all customer samples)
  • Support sales team in the management and upload of RFP Bids
  • Communicate with overseas Operations team to ensure timely product deliveries
  • Summarize and send Sales Invoices to accountant on a monthly basis
  • Review open invoices and follow up on outstanding payments with customers
  • Personal Care product document management (Safety Data Sheets, Marketing Materials, CDAs, Other key documents)
  • Conduct Descartes Datamyne Global Trade Research

What We Look For:

  • 1 year of professional office experience (sales experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
  • Quick learner with intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
  • Strong organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and being proactive and responsive
  • Ability to manage demands of multiple leads and projects
  • Comfortability with Microsoft 365 software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glen Rock, NJ 07452: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Associate degree (Required)
  • 4-year College degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Previous sales experience, especially working in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, and/or Personal Care industries (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Datacor software (a plus)
