We are seeking a skilled and dependable Restoration Technician to support emergency mitigation and restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and environmental damage. This role is hands-on and field-based, working under the direction of a Lead Technician to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service in challenging environments.Key ResponsibilitiesMitigation & Site WorkAssist with water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation projectsSet up and operate drying and dehumidification equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filters)Perform demolition, cleaning, and site preparation tasksSupport containment setup and proper use of PPETake moisture readings and document findings accurately using field apps or job logsLogistics & Team SupportLoad and unload tools and materialsMaintain clean and organized job sites and company vehiclesCommunicate clearly and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customersFollow all safety procedures and company protocolsEmergency ResponseParticipate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency calls as scheduledQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in mitigation or restorationWRT certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)Additional IICRC certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT) are a plusPhysically fit and able to lift 50 lbsComfortable working in wet, dusty, or confined environmentsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
