The role

This is a chance to join a passionate team leveraging cutting-edge AI to improve mental health access globally. As a Designer, you will work across the Marketing and Product team to help shape our creative storytelling across our product, while bringing our brand to life outside of it.

In this role you’ll be crafting the visual direction for marketing campaigns, landing pages, social assets, emails, and videos. You’ll also collaborate with the product team on prototypes, features that benefit from visual storytelling, and UI flourishes that make Ash feel cohesive and high craft.

About you:

• Resourceful & Adaptive: You figure things out by doing. Whether it’s creating an email asset, editing a short video, or adapting creative for a new channel, you’re comfortable learning in motion.
• High Craft, Strong Fundamentals: You have good taste. You understand typography, color, layout, composition, and motion, and you know how to apply them to tell a compelling story.
• Comfortable with Ambiguity: You thrive in evolving environments where direction isn’t fully defined. You bring clarity through exploration and iteration.
• Systems-Driven Designer: You’re able to build scalable visual systems that work across multiple surfaces. Your work demonstrates coherence, flexibility, and a strong sense of craft.
• Collaborative & Low Ego: You enjoy working with product, marketing, growth, and clinical teams. You take feedback seriously and use it to sharpen the work.
  
  

Key responsibilities:

• Creative Direction & Asset Creation: Design across marketing, landing pages, email, pitch decks, and in-app UI—translating strategic direction into cohesive, high-impact creative.
• In-Product Brand Expression: Collaborate with designers and product strategists to create brand-aligned product visuals—education screens, empty states, illustrations, onboarding moments, and other flourishes.
• Exploration & Iteration: Prototype quickly, iterate based on feedback or performance, and experiment with new creative approaches and formats.
• Systems & Toolkits: Build templates, kits, and reusable systems that help internal teams and external partners extend the brand consistently.
• Bring our story to life: Lead design across key brand moments such as product launches, campaigns, events, internal initiatives, and moments we haven’t defined yet.

Compensation Range: $150K - $200K
