This position in Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, in the office which is located in Nazareth, PA. This opportunity does not allow for a WFH or hybrid schedule.ASGCO engineers, manufactures, distributes a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed for the above ground and underground mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, pulp and paper, recycling, food processing and other bulk material handling industries. ASGCO offers a competitive base salary with outstanding commission potential and a progressive benefits package, including 401(k) and company match*, college tuition plans, health care, as well as an opportunity for professional growth.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provides first level support to resolve problems with products and applications by meeting customer service standards (i.e., displaying a positive attitude, actively listening, taking ownership, leveraging knowledge, communicating clearly)Analyzes and prioritizes incoming requestsAttempts to resolve problems by applying documented solutionsRoutes problems as necessary to appropriate resources (i.e., support team, vendor)Provides status updatesRuns and terminates network cablesPerforms documented break/fix repairs on PCs, thin clients, printers, servers, mobile devices, and held devices and software applicationsInteracts with third party hardware and/or software vendors by initiating and supporting vendor services as necessaryMinimum Requirements:Associate degree or bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science, CIS, or related field1- 3 years of experience providing first level support for IT systems in a corporate setting, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents1- 3 years of experience in software installation and supportBasic understanding of the IOS and Android OSExpertise in Microsoft windows and office productsFamiliarity with the following hardware and software is a plus: Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Mobility Unity platform & RFGen, Veeam backup software, and Mitel phone systems.Experience or background with Salesforce is a plus.Working Conditions:Frequently exposed to regulated noise, cold working conditions also exposed to smells that are within the guidelinesPossible exposure extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particlesWhile performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see.Occasionally it may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) during the workdayPersonal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, which may include a hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, gloves and other required protective equipment as required.ASGCO, Inc promotes a drug/alcohol free work environment using mandatory pre-employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
