Duties
- Conduct thorough plumbing inspections using advanced tools such as plumbing inspection cameras and schematics to identify issues within residential water systems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipe threading, pipe replacement, fixture installation, and system troubleshooting.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete diverse plumbing tasks efficiently and safely.
- Clean drains and resolve blockages utilizing drain cleaning equipment while adhering to local building codes and safety standards.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately install or repair plumbing infrastructure in accordance with project specifications.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls while maintaining compliance with commercial driving regulations.
- Collaborate with clients by providing excellent customer service, explaining repair procedures clearly, and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
- Use ServiceTitan Mobile App for all job tracking and time management.
Skills
- Extensive construction experience with residential plumbing systems, including remodeling and assembly projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, and blueprint reading for precise diagnostics and repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus!
- Backflow cetrification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately while adhering to local building codes during installations or repairs.
- Experience with construction site work, heavy lifting, carpentry skills, and working safely around construction environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, water system components, pipe threading techniques, and remodeling processes for comprehensive service delivery.
