Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, masonry work, and trim carpentry
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to install building materials such as doors, windows, drywall, stucco, and other fixtures.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Manage outdoor work environments by installing hardscaping features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry elements.
- Assist with construction estimating and management tasks to support project planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building construction with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, or related trades.
- Proficiency with Tub-Shower, Window-Door, and/or HVAC installation. Experience with all three is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and caulking guns.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and ability to interpret technical drawings effectively.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and safety protocols on job sites.
- Electrical experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
