- Organizational Skills: You’ll manage and maintain a dynamic contact database. Training on our CRM system will be provided.
- Confident and Personable: You know how to make people feel welcomed from the first interaction and aren’t afraid to initiate conversations with new contacts.
- Resourcefulness: You’re comfortable with computers and know how to find the information you need to move conversations forward.
- Event Management Experience: Prior experience planning or managing events is a plus.
- Resilience and Positivity: Rejection is part of the process. You stay focused, motivated, and ready for the next opportunity.
- Goal Orientation: You’re hungry to hit your numbers — 80 dials per day, 8 meaningful conversations daily, and 2–3 qualified appointments per week makes for a very successful rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich our contact database with high-quality lead information.
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to schedule appointments and build relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure prospects receive the right materials at the right time.
- Book 2–3 appointments weekly with business owners and C-level decision-makers.
- Help coordinate and grow our event presence — from managing booths to launching our own initiatives.
- Support calendar management for our CEO and Outside Sales Rep.
Compensation and Growth Potential
- Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Commissions: Paid per sat appointment and per closed deal — with no cap.
