Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business consistently
- Maintain quality, accurate client documentation
- Deliver dependable, high-quality customer service
- Meet monthly production goals (issued/paid policies, premium, quotes, applications, cross-sales, retention)
- Support agency workflows and maintain professionalism at all times
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment
Requirements
- Active Louisiana Life Insurance License
- Successful completion of a 90-day introductory period (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and quality customer service
- Consistent track record of meeting production expectations
- Strong attendance record
