💼 Now Hiring: APPIAN Process Analyst: I (Junior) – Onsite in Miami, FL
ASERIT is seeking an APPIAN Process Analyst (Junior) to join the BSI team onsite in Miami, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic private banking environment, supporting operational efficiency through process management and system expertise.
As an APPIAN Process Analyst, you will support a variety of banking operations and workflows, ensuring all activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Your main responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of credit card applications (from submission through approval and account setup), assisting with client operational requests, and maintaining data integrity across banking systems.
You will also help process checkbook orders, debit and credit card updates, vendor payments, and customer service requests. Additional duties involve signature verification (manual and DocuSign) for wire transfers, purchase orders, and other secure documents.
📍 Location: Miami, FL
(Onsite position – 5 days a week; no remote or hybrid option)
📆 Contract Duration: 3 months
💼 Type: Freelance / Contractor
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Appian and banking systems (T24), plus Microsoft Office
- Experience with credit card application processes
- Strong understanding of private banking operations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and vendors
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) 🇺🇸🇪🇸
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
