Spanish/English‑Speaking Customer Service Rep (Call Center)

In‑Office | Pleasant Grove, UT
Schedule: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm |  Full‑Time, Hourly, onsite

What You'll Do (English Español)

  • Take inbound/outbound calls and answer emails from customers & distributors
  • Solve issues by finding the root cause, researching, and offering clear options
  • Share product/service info and help complete requests & transactions
  • Accurately update customer info and document interactions
  • Follow up and escalate anything that needs extra help

You're a Great Fit If You...

  • Are fluent in English Spanish (written & spoken)
  • Have customer service experience (call center is a plus)
  • Are friendly, steady under pressure, and love getting to solutions
  • Can multitask, pay attention to details, and use MS Office CRM tools
  • Have direct sales/network marketing experience (preferred)
