We are currently seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to manage a 350 unit property in Memphis, TN.
Property Manager Job Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all aspects of management of property, tenants, & staff
- Supervise all property staff
- Oversee property maintenance, unit turns, and grounds operations
- Oversee leasing, marketing, and collections.
- Handle tenant complaints and property issues
- Inspect property on a regular basis to ensure that everything is performing according to standards
- Handle emergency situations as they arise
- Vendor negotiations
- Review and approve invoices.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as residential property manager
- Experience managing at least a 300 unit property
- Ability to implement policies and procedures as needed.
- Strong management skills and ability to make necessary management decisions on a timely basis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both independently and with other individuals inside and outside of the company
