Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!
We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled Maintenance Technician to handle all necessary repairs at Munroe Towers, a beautiful apartment community in Asbury Park, NJ.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
· Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
· Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks
· Perform all “make ready” tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including repairs, cleaning and any other necessary tasks
· Repair all leaking faucets, water pressure lines, and drain line leaks
· Sheetrock repairs
· Install appliances including stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers
· Clean out all trash from apartments before, during and after make-ready activity
· Perform other tasks as directed
· Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times
Job requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required
· Must have reliable transportation
