Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!
We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent at our 400 unit multifamily residential apartment community located in Maple Shade, NJ
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Handling new lease process from initial tour to move in. Including but not limited to meeting and greeting prospective residents, conduct property presentation, application processing, through closing and lease signing
- Perform strong outreach marketing
- Daily follow up on leads ensuring all questions are answered
- Conduct daily tour path and curb appeal inspections
- Preparation of lease and move in paperwork
- Completion of weekly traffic reports
- Generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions
- Provide excellent customer service in effort of increasing resident retention
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years residential apartment leasing experience
- Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Yardi experience a plus!
