What You’ll Do
- Deliver the Ascom Academy strategy across the US region
- Identify and prioritize training needs with business leaders and SMEs
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions using instructional design best practices
- Localize global content for onsite, virtual, and remote
- Build and manage regional learning programs, catalogs, and training records
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions to deliver commercial learning programs
- Support and coach trainers and facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Promote a culture of learning and act as a regional Academy ambassador
- 6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Effectiveness
- Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation skills
- Experience building and scaling learning programs with measurable impact
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and virtual delivery
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
