Detailed Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager with 13 years of IT experience and a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Cloud, and DevOps technologies.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful execution of enterprise application development and modernization initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering large-scale Agile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through deployment and support.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical oversight for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Guide teams on architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to design scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
