Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: : $60/Hr On W2

Job Description:

• Lead and manage multiple telecom, network, and IT projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and business teams for project execution.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and executive status meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and RAID logs.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Create status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Work on telecom architecture including access, core, and transport networks.
• Monitor telecom KPIs such as traffic patterns, call drops, latency, and network performance.
• Support network integrations, upgrades, capacity planning, and OSS/BSS operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams using Unix/Linux, networking, and monitoring tools.
• Perform analysis using Unix commands, PuTTY, DBeaver, APIs, and Python scripting.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, deliverables, and communication across teams.
• Apply strong problem-solving, ownership, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
