Job Title: PSP Business Analyst - w2 only

Location: Titusville, NJ/ onsite

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $53/hr on w2

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst (7 years) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business analytical capabilities, deep experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP) within Commercial Pharma,

and a proven ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

· 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

· Strong expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation.

· Hands-on experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP) within Commercial Pharma.

· Proven ability in stakeholder and customer management across multiple levels.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a quick, responsive approach to problem-solving.
