Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Oracle Project Manager with 10 years of IT project management experience and 3 years of Oracle Cloud ERP expertise. The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Cloud implementations from project initiation through delivery while managing stakeholders, project schedules, risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production support.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress using JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
