Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Java Developer with strong technical expertise in Java application development and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have less than 10 years of experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams while delivering high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications using Java technologies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Support application deployments and production issue resolution.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
