Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced L3 Java Application Support Engineer with Java, Spring Boot. The engineer will provide advanced production support for business critical applications built using Java, Spring Boot and Angular. This role focuses on deep technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis and permanent fix implementation, working closely with development, infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications.

Job Responsibilities:       

·         Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications developed using Java, Spring Boot and Angular.

·         Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex incidents.

·         Debug application issues related to APIs, microservices, backend logic and frontend components.

·         Analyze logs, stack traces, database issues and performance bottlenecks.

·         Implement bug fixes, patches and minor enhancements in coordination with development teams.

·         Support production deployments, releases, hotfixes and post-release validations.

·         Work with L2 support teams to guide issue triage and resolution.

·         Ensure adherence to SLAs, incident management and change management processes.

·         Participate in on-call rotational shifts as part of 24x7 support coverage.

·         Maintain and improve support documentation, runbooks and SOPs.

·         Proactively identify stability, performance and security improvements.

Must Have Skills:

•                     Experience in L3 support with Angular and Java, Spring Boot

•                     Angular Experience 6 -10 years (relevant application support development experience)
