Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Frontend Developer / Technology Lead with 5–8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications and custom enterprise portals within the Telecom OSS/BSS domain, combining core UI engineering with ServiceNow Service Portal customization.
Key Responsibilities
* UI Application Development: Architect, develop, and maintain highly responsive, accessible web applications utilizing clean HTML5, advanced CSS, and the Angular framework.
* Service Portal Customization: Technical design, layout construction, and custom scripting of complex ServiceNow Service Portal pages, custom widgets, and native interfaces.
* API Integration: Collaborate closely with backend engineering teams to consume, map, and smoothly integrate RESTful APIs and distributed platform services.
* Technical Quality & Scope: Drive frontend performance optimization, lead troubleshooting loops, and translate Telecom OSS/BSS solution definitions into stable architectural interfaces.
Required Skillset
* Experience: 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in frontend UI design, ideally within a Telecom OSS/BSS environment.
* Core Frontend Tech: Mastery of core web technologies including semantic HTML, modern layout CSS/SCSS, and production Angular applications.
* ServiceNow Ecosystem: Hands-on technical proficiency customizing and developing custom components and scripts inside the ServiceNow Service Portal.
