Location                               : Charlotte NC (Onsite)

Rate                                        : $91/Hr On W2

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.)    : 9

Detailed Job Description:

•         Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert

•         Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, Spring CM, etc

•         Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc

•         Well-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools

•         Ability to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation.

•         Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.

•         Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations by:

·         Assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap analysis

·         Work with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

·         Design scalable and reliable solutions

 Must Have Skills:

·         Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM
