Title : Business Analyst Wealth Management
Location : New York, NY / Hamilton Township, NJ
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support wealth management products: investment portfolios, estate planning, tax optimization, trusts, insurance, retirement, and alternative investments
- Work with client-facing platforms such as Client Online, Advisor Desktop, and Client Associate Servicing Portals
- Support CRM, account onboarding, e-delivery consent, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Partner with stakeholders across advisory, operations, and compliance teams
Required Skills
- Business Analyst experience in Wealth Management / Financial Services
- CRM platforms: D365 and/or Salesforce
- Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and data modeling skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- CFA, CFP, FRM, or similar financial certifications
