Rate                                      : $50/Hr On W2

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.)    : 5

Detailed Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced ADP Project Manager with strong domain knowledge in payroll implementations. The candidate should be hands-on, capable of operating at task level, and adept at governing, tracking, and executing complex payroll engagements.
• Hands-on project management experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar)
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes
• Experience in ADP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
• Knowledge of system integrations and data migration
• Strong experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
• Project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Must Have Skills:

• ADP Project Manager
• HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes
• Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
