Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Program Manager with 8–10 years of experience in technical leadership and enterprise program management. Strong experience in Agile, roadmap planning, software delivery, stakeholder management, and executive presentations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs and Agile initiatives.

·         Develop roadmaps, processes, and delivery strategies.

·         Manage stakeholders, partners, and executive communications.

·         Drive operational excellence and resolve risks/issues in ambiguous environments.

·         Mentor teams and influence outcomes across matrixed organizations.

·         Balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution.
