Role Overview
We are looking for passionate Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts who thrive at the intersection of data and real-world manufacturing operations. This role involves working closely with plant teams to drive large-scale data transformation initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on-site at manufacturing plants to understand operations and data flows
- Analyze shop floor, production, and operational data
- Conduct current-state assessments and build data glossaries
- Perform data mapping, modeling, and analysis
- Identify quick-win opportunities and drive micro-transformations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, plant teams, and leadership
- Act as a data consultant, translating business needs into data solutions
- Bridge the gap between data strategy and execution on the ground
Core Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience in Data Engineering & Data Modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau (reporting & visualization)
- Knowledge of:
- Data Warehousing
- Data Structures & Architecture
- Data Mapping & Governance
- ETL Processes & Data Pipelines
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS)
- Exposure to Snowflake
